Sergio Ramos is already making an impact in Mexico, scoring his first goal for Monterrey in just his second Liga MX appearance. The former Real Madrid captain, who joined Rayados after an eight-month break from football, found the net in a 4-2 win over Santos Laguna.
The goal came from a precise assist by his close friend and compatriot, Sergio Canales. Interestingly, reports suggest that Ramos specifically requested in his contract that the club find him a home near Canales’ residence.
