Vinicius to Llorente and Koke: "You're terrible, that’s why you’re here"

The Madrid derby was intense both on the field and in the stands, with plenty of work for the lip readers who interpreted some of the dialogues between players from both teams.

Once again, Brazilian Vinicius Junior took center stage, getting into several heated verbal exchanges with Atlético captain Koke and Marcos Llorente during the match.

The exchanges provide an interesting insight into the methods players use to taunt their opponents.

"You lost two Champions League finals. I’ve won two. You lost because you’re terrible. You're terrible. That’s why I play here, at Real Madrid. You can't even talk to me (referring to Llorente – editor's note) ... That’s why you're here. Because you have to be here to even play," Vinicius snapped at the two Atlético players.
