Wanda Nara has bought a mansion near Mauro Icardi and China Suárez in Nordelta, starting a fresh chapter while still raising questions about her true intentions.
Wanda Nara is preparing for a major move, having purchased a new mansion near her ex Mauro Icardi and his new partner China Suárez in Nordelta’s exclusive El Yacht neighborhood.
According to Yanina Latorre on El Observador, Wanda has already finalized plans to sell her current home in Santa Bárbara and use part of the proceeds as a down payment on the new property. Still under construction, the mansion marks a symbolic fresh start for Wanda—although she will have to wait a few more months before moving in.
Earlier, Wanda had shown interest in a different mansion priced at $3.8 million, but her $3.2 million offer was declined. The new home, however, places her even closer to the "dream house" she once envisioned with Icardi—now occupied by him and China Suárez.

In recent interviews, Wanda surprised many with her cordial tone when speaking about Mauro. She emphasized a peaceful reconnection between their daughters and their father, expressing hope that ongoing judicial matters would conclude amicably. Yet during an April 23 interview, her appearance wearing a ring gifted by Icardi sparked fresh speculation about her true feelings.
Yanina Latorre criticized Wanda’s recent behavior, claiming: “In her interview with LAM, she didn’t rule out the idea of reconciliation and was still wearing the ring he gave her.” Latorre suggested that Wanda’s actions could be an attempt to unsettle Icardi—or perhaps a sign she still hopes for a future reconciliation.
Whatever Wanda’s true intentions, one thing is clear: a new chapter is beginning, but old emotions might not be so easy to leave behind.
