This means Spain can still count on one of their key young players for the tournament, which begins on June 11.
Yamal has been one of the standout performers this season.
He made 45 appearances in all competitions, scoring 24 goals and providing 18 assists.
He also missed only six matches, showing strong consistency before the injury.
