Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimović is set to retire after a match against Serbia, marking the end of his illustrious career with a final appearance in Stockholm.
The Eagles are set to play their final friendly match before the European Championship in Stockholm at the Friends Arena on June 8. It is in this match that Zlatan will hang up his boots, after a record 122 matches and 62 goals for the Swedish national team. Ibrahimović had already had one farewell, which took place at the end of last season at the San Siro stadium, but he will have a definitive one in front of his home crowd in his own country.
During his career, Zlatan played for Malmo, Ajax, Juventus, Inter, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United, LA Galaxy, with Milan being his last club. He scored 511 goals in 866 club matches and won 34 trophies, including league titles in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and France, as well as the Europa League.
