Arturo Vidal, the celebrated Chilean footballer, has made a triumphant return to Colo-Colo, the club where he began his illustrious career.
Vidal, formerly of Barcelona, Juventus, Inter Milan, and Bayern Munich, has been spectacularly introduced at the Chilean club, Colo-Colo. After 19 years, Chile's most popular footballer has returned to the club that launched his brilliant career. Colo-Colo, a rival of Red Star Belgrade in the 1991 Tokyo match, which they lost 3-0 in the world club title match, has now received its most significant reinforcement this century.
At 36 years old, Vidal has returned to Chile and signed a contract with Colo-Colo, which organized an unforgettable performance at the stadium to welcome him back. The experienced midfielder made a dramatic entrance by landing in a helicopter at the packed stadium, then rode a horse around the field, dressed in royal attire and crowned, to the ovation of the fans.
