After Belgium's shaky start at the European Championship, Leandro Trossard's father criticizes coach Domenico Tedesco for mismanaging player positions.
Belgium, after a poor performance and defeat to Slovakia in the opening match of the European Championship, easily defeated Romania 2-0 in the second round.
However, this victory hasn't brought peace to the team, which was considered a dark horse for a high finish before the tournament started.
Peter Trossard, father of Belgian forward Leandro Trossard, has harshly criticized coach Domenico Tedesco. "Everyone criticizes Leandro for playing poorly, but the coach constantly changes his positions. You can't perform at a high level if you are given the wrong role on the field. I have no doubt, Tedesco is not a good coach for Belgium, even though he is not as stubborn as Roberto Martinez," said Trossard senior.
Leandro Trossard has made 36 appearances for the Belgian national team, 12 of which have been under Tedesco's management.
